- 2018 to 2020 Divisional Director, Trading Technology, Macquarie Group. Led a regulatory reporting programme with a team of 75 across Sydney, India, London and Hong Kong.
- 2004 to 2018 Director, Barclays Investment Bank. Compliance Chief of Staff and regional lead for Asia, regulatory transformation lead in London including Dodd-Frank, and the bank’s first Global Cross Border programme across 54 countries.

About Tanya
I have spent about 25 years doing very different things in very different industries: technology risk at PwC, regulatory transformation at Barclays, a trading technology team of 75 at Macquarie, acting CIO at Ampol, and property development since 2002.
Somewhere along the way I realised that time, not money, is the first and most valuable currency. So I work fast, learn fast and go deep. I am curious by nature, I use my technology background to build my own tools, and I keep upgrading my businesses and my life to win hours back.
